From the earth to the cup

FODESA is a union of people who work together with love for their community and their neighbors.

This small cooperative, made up of about 50 coffee-producing families, is located in the Las Margaritas region of Chiapas , specifically in the towns of San Rafael, San Antonio Los Altos, and San Antonio Por Venir.

They are honest and pure people who grow coffee with passion and dedication on small farms of between 2 and 5 hectares, located in a pristine area between 1,350 and 1,600 meters above sea level.

 

All coffee produced by these farms is carefully classified and supervised at the cooperative's mill in Comitán, ensuring its highest quality.

At Cafe Loco, we are deeply honored and proud to work with them and to be able to introduce them to you.

 

We want this coffee, grown with love and care by these 50 families, to arrive directly from the farm to your cup, roasted to the strictest standards, so you can enjoy an honest, fresh, and dedicated experience.

A single cup represents the beauty, effort, and heart of the Mexican coffee farm.

 

At CAFE LOCO, we roast our coffee fresh ourselves and never use beans that are more than a week past roasting. We offer the freshest, most authentic flavor.
