We are a Korean team made up of coffee tasters, roasters, baristas, bakers, and designers.
We started the first Café Loco in 2013 in Guatemala, and after 13 years of operation, we arrived in Mérida in 2025 in search of a new challenge and to showcase the wonderful Mexican coffee.
We visit coffee farms to meet the people behind the coffee, and we bring in the green coffee directly from the source to roast it ourselves. We never use coffee that's been roasted for more than a week, and we always offer fresh coffee. We also bake fresh bread every morning.
Coffee and bread you can trust.
