Just Brew It!

If you have a grinder at home, grinding the coffee beans just before making coffee is the best way to maintain the freshness of the coffee.

However, if you don't have a grinder, when you buy coffee beans at Cafe Loco, ask us to grind the coffee beans to suit your coffee machine!

COFFEE MAKER

☕️ COFFEE GRIND: Medium ground

👉🏻 MATERIALS: Drip coffee maker, Coffee filter (if not built-in), coffee grounds, Water

1. Set up the coffee maker: Place the coffee filter in the basket (if needed)

2. Add coffee grounds: Measure and add coffee grounds to the filter (usually 1-2 tablespoons per cup of water)

3. Add water: Pour the desired amount of water into the coffee maker's reservoir

4. Start brewing: Turn on the coffee maker and let it brew

5. Serve: Once brewing is complete, pour coffee into a cup and enjoy!

👉🏻 MATERIALS: Dripper, Paper filter, Coffee grounds (15-20g), Drip server or cup, Scale, Hot water (92-96°C), Timer

1. Prepare filter: Place filter in dripper, rinse with hot water, discard rinse water

2. Add coffee: Put grounds on the filter, level them

3. Bloom: Start timer, pour 30-40g hot water, wait 30 seconds

4. Main pour: Slowly pour remaining hot water (up to 250ml) in circles, taking 2-2.5 minutes total

5. Serve: Remove dripper, pour coffee into cup, and enjoy!

CHEMEX

☕️ COFFEE GRIND: Medium ground

👉🏻 MATERIALS: Chemex, Chemex filter, Coffee grounds, Hot water (92-96°C), Scale, Timer, Kettle

1. Prepare filter: Place the filter in the Chemex, rinse with hot water, then discard the rinse water

2. Add coffee: Add medium-ground coffee to the filter (1g coffee per 15-17ml water)

3. Bloom: Pour 60ml of hot water over the grounds and wait 30-45 seconds

4. Brew: Slowly pour the remaining water in a circular motion (total brew time should be about 4 minutes)

5. Serve: Once all the water has passed through, remove the filter and pour the coffee into a cup
